We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs:

Ground Transportation

• Pet Transportation Service: We collaborate with specialized pet transportation services that offer ground transport, ensuring a safe and less stressful journey for our kittens.
• Personal Delivery: For those within a reasonable distance from our cattery, we offer a personal delivery option. One of our team members will hand-deliver your kitten to your doorstep.

Air Transportation

• Cargo Service: For longer distances, our kittens can be shipped via airline cargo. We select reputable airlines known for their excellent pet care standards.
• In-Cabin Service: Depending on airline regulations and your location, we may offer an in-cabin service where a nanny accompanies your kitten throughout the flight.

Preparing for Shipping

Before Departure

• Health Check: Each kitten undergoes a thorough veterinary examination prior to departure to ensure they are fit for travel.
• Travel Crate: We provide a comfortable and secure travel crate, which includes soft bedding and absorbent materials.
• Comfort Items: We place familiar items such as a blanket with the mother’s scent and a favorite toy in the crate to help ease the transition.

Shipping Process

1. Booking: Once your adoption is confirmed, we will arrange the most suitable shipping option for your kitten. We coordinate closely with you to select the best date and time.
2. Preparation: Our team prepares your kitten with necessary health checks, and gathers required documentation, including a health certificate.
3. Travel: On the day of travel, we ensure your kitten’s crate is well-equipped for the journey, and we monitor the trip closely to ensure everything goes smoothly.
4. Arrival: Upon arrival, your kitten will be ready for pick-up at the designated location or delivered directly to your home, based on your chosen option.

Cost and Payment

The cost of shipping varies based on the distance, method, and carrier. We will provide a detailed estimate once your preferred shipping method is selected. Payment for shipping is due at the time of booking and can be added to your final invoice.
